I am 6w 5d and really struggling with nausea and tiredness. And it’s starting to really get me down.
I’ve been prescribed 2 different types of medication and they’re not really touching the sides.
We are meant to be flying to Spain next Sunday, does anyone have any tips or tricks to help prevent these symptoms?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you ♥️

I don't have any advice to help unfortunately, but all I can suggest is make sure you've got health insurance incase you get dehydrated if you are struggling to keep food and water down. I've just come back from an all inclusive in Spain and I had a complete aversion to the hotel food, even thinking about it now makes me feel sick. We ate out a lot. Eat whatever you can stomach, make sure you take your vitamins and maybe take some healthy protein/fibre snacks. I barely ate any protein as I couldn't eat the meat, or fiber as I couldn't stomach the veg and avoided the salads.
I hope you have a better experience xx

Have you also tried Xonvea? Women who were not able to get relief from the usually prescribed pills have written this was the one that helped. As it’s expensive GPs tend to not prescribe it unless necessary. I’d suggest reaching out to try this one if not already.
