Multivitamin

My LO has mighty kids vitamins comes in apple or mango liquid flavour you can put in milk or dilute it in water

Swedish nutra. Very few vitamins have independent testing that they actually contain what they say, most is just expensive sigar

My friends little ones dietician recommends wellbaby liquid multivitamin as its pretty much the only one that includes iron. So ive also been giving my son that one in his water bottle everyday

Wellbaby, a spoonful in his morning milk and he doesn’t even notice it!

i tried in his water and he hates the taste, I’ll try putting it in his milk today but what if he doesn’t finish the bottle, sometimes he only has a few ounces

Do you give him squash at all?

yeah but he never finishes that as well lol

I used to put it in his weetabix as well before he decided he didnt want weetabix anymore haha
