Idk about others but when my oldest was a toddler, we had way too many toys and I would have preferred things like books, a free pass to a bounce palace, or some clothes since mine always destroyed his clothes lol. It saved us space and gave us something that wouldn’t just eventually find its way to the bottom of another box.

It really depends on the child. How about a play tent? A play kitchen or house? Those are gifts that will get a lot of life out of them. I got my now ten yr old all of those things when she was small and she still likes to play w all of them. Especially with her little sister

If she turning 2 or more, and you're not currently pregnant, think about getting her a pet. 🐈🐕 It's more work for you, but they will have a beautiful bond and she'll learn to love and care for animals. It's the perfect age for them to be lifelong friends. ❤️

My daughter had a day out at Chessington and got a big girl bed for her 3rd birthday as she really did t need anymore toys

I think a nice day out or little holiday is a nicer way to use the money and not fill the house with more toys! X

experience and play! fun activities that also feel celebratory.
-children’s museum visit
-toys that require participation (sound effects, musical toys, building, stacking or pretend play and lastly, toys that require digging or taking apart for the surprise inside!)
-day out doing something different like a different park or even different stroller walk
-glowstick and bubble parties
whatever makes her happy!!
what’ll she’ll remember most is the fun and being with you

last, room redesign!
