It may not dry up! Lots of women breastfeed throughout pregnancy. I’m pregnant and still breastfeeding my 18 month old
That's so amazing 🩷. I didn't know it remained as actual milk, I was under the impression that even if it doesn't dry up at some point it'll become colostrum.

There will be a turn eventually, and some toddlers/nurslings will self wean or become disinterested once that happens, but some aren’t fussed.
I 100% doubt my little boy will be put off and I think I’m going to end up tandem feeding 😂x

My supply has definitely gone down but he also stopped nursing frequently shortly after I got pregnant. He was teething and had an ear infection for like almost a month. He’s almost 14 months and I’m 11 +3 and we are still BFing. He nurses on demand during the day and night, before naps, and before bed.

16 weeks. Not sure it fully dried up but it dropped significantly. He continued nursing anyway and my colostrum came in around 23 weeks. He's still breastfeeding occasionally now I'm 3 months pp with his brother.
Thank you all ❤️
