What do early labour contractions feel like?
Just over 37 weeks and I got quite bad period pain cramps & lower back pain in the night and I’m still getting a few this morning.
Is that what early labour or prodomal labour feels like? It’s so hard to know what to expect haha

I have the exact same I spoke to my midwife about it and she told me it could be signs of early labour if the pain is so intense you should call the hospital xx

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks it’s the start of early labour but could be days or even weeks still just try and stay active ect to try and speed things up
