My 5 month old has become such a light sleeper last few weeks. Cannot even take a step and she’s awake. Is this part of the sleep regression?

no but sounds like a good idea. Will look into that

that’s what I do. But after that I cannot move around it wakes her up straight away.

Sounds like a sound machine is what you need. We have one for our 2&3 year olds and it helps a lot.

which one do you use? Want to invest in a good one.
