Ooo definitely following for ideas!

oh, I don’t use that :/ I was hoping someone would have some recommendations from their own experience

Some of my favorite meals for postpartum are soups! It’s really easy to divide soup into gallon bags and freeze flat, or if you can get silicon freezer molds you can even freeze individual portions.
Specific soups I would recommend:
-Chili is a great comforting option with a lot of protein
-Chicken and brown rice soup with lots of veggies
-Curried lentil soup
Other meals you can make and freeze:
-Lasagna (add veggies if you want)
-Shepherd’s pie
-Breakfast burritos
-Baked egg cups with mix ins of your choice
-Anything with oatmeal (really good for building milk supply) Banana muffins with oatmeal, lactation cookies, date/oat/nut balls
