Baby curled up and not moving much in scan?

It might be nothing to worry about, but I think you are completely within your rights to ask for a scan. When I had my last scan, my little one was not moving at all and I had to move my hips and walk around a bit before they started dancing around. Just for reassurance, I would say you have nothing to lose as she will start moving around again after a while

they said they aren’t concerned but I’m going to mention it to my midwife on Thursday and see if she can refer me! Or I’ll just have to pay the hospital for a private 😭

it was on a machine they wheeled in, showed me baby’s heartbeat and that was it. Wasn’t done with the proper ultrasound machine!

Yes I had that last week (they couldn’t find baby’s heart on Doppler so send me for a scan) - it’s a bedside ultrasound. It’s only less good quality picture but shows the baby clearly enough and should be enough to see that baby is fine.
I think the issue is more that they have done that very quickly at a time your baby was sleeping so you might want another scan for reassurance.

I don’t know if they would do a proper scan for reassurance on the NHS, I doubt it. I think you would need to go private.

I’m going to talk to my midwife on Thursday! I’m high risk this pregnancy so hoping this time they actually listen to my concerns and don’t just brush me off again. Thankfully my friend is a midwife and said they start sleep cycles at this stage. The lady didn’t even want to show me the screen as I think she was worried when she couldn’t find the HB on the Doppler.

My baby was sleeping/ not moving in 2 of my scans and nobody said anything. And I'm not really feeling my baby moving...I think my baby is partying in my belly when I'm sleeping/ trying to sleep 🤣🤣🤣
