How often do you shave down there?

Whenever I have the energy and time to do so.. so like once every 3 months.

I’m lasered. Brazilian and underarms. When I did shave I shaved like twice a week. Glad I don’t have to anymore coz I hated the upkeep and I like it bare. I didn’t shave for long before I got waxed anyway, got waxed for years and then got laser.

But I’ll say this, as pregnancy goes on you’re probably not going to be able to, too hard to reach. And someone will be all up in your business when you give birth. At that point caring is not going to matter. Even if you’re shaved, you will basically pee and poo yourself as labour goes on, unless you have a c section.

Never! Sometimes I’ll trim it, but I hate that it only feels and looks nice for a day. Plus, I hate shaving my legs so I’m not adding more annoying places to shave. They’ve seen it all so don’t worry about it!

Never shave, I use a hair trimmer to trim it down every now and then.

I wax every 6-8 weeks

I probably shave 1-2 a week

I get terrible ingrowns but I do shave once every two weeks. I get super itchy and uncomfortable when I don’t. Also maybe tmi but I have to have like the hairiest ass crack ever so I have to keep up on that.

I would switch to waxing. It’s a game changer.

As an ultrasound tech, hair or no hair, doesn’t matter to us! Just an FYI :) don’t feel self conscious.

Special occasions. Which are rare 😄

Used to do it daily before having my baby. Now twice a week as baby is 5 months and I usually only get a few mins each morning to shower so it’s just the basics. But twice a week, I get a full maintenance shower lol

I wax once a month

I use an electric trimmer once it’s at a certain length. I don’t like it bare though I feel extra naked and exposed lmao

Trim every 4-8 weeks

Just shaved after like 6 months 😅 it use to be every week but being 34 weeks pregnant I just cannot it’s too much 🫠

I’d be sooo itchy if I shaved. I prefer waxing and when I was pregnant with my second I didn’t reallly keep up with it so I was hairy I don’t think it matters much ☺️

For those of you shaving daily or multiple times a week I’m super curious what razors you’re using because I would be torn to shreds and bumps all over if I didn’t let it grow out a little before shaving again 😅

Don't shave then either. When I do swimming I wear long shorts because I absolutely cannot stand though chaffing

what a bold assumption. You can trim the hair, wear bottoms that are more covering, or just let your body exist as it is. Body hair really isn’t some shameful thing we need to hide away if we don’t want to.

Coura and Kat above answered her question. They wear shorts. They don’t wear bikini-revealing swimwear. I wasn’t assuming. I was replying after reading 2 replies lol. And Coura hasn’t worn sexy lingerie for years. Who’s assuming??

For the record, back when I wore bikinis and lingerie, I didn't shave then either 🤭
Just a little trim around the edges so it didn't stick out in the bikini (partner had to deal with seeing hair)

🤷‍♀️ I exist with hair the same way I would without it. Nobody should be heavily focused on my pubic area

i prefer to keep all my body hair. when I go swimming I wear a regular bathing suit. Idk if pubic hair is visible. probably?? My lingerie is still sexy with body hair. My husband thinks it’s sexier actually lol I feel feminine with body hair since it is naturally grown by my body. When I had a c section the nurses shaved EVERYTHING and I hated how it looked and felt. Couldn’t wait for it to grow back I felt naked lol

Tried shaving once and aside from being indescribably uncomfortable, the look of it just made me think of homer Simpson and I hated it 😂
