So, before I moved farther away from my family (for hubbys work) I used to go to the gym all of the time at least 3 times a week, My mom would watch my kids while I was at the gym, but i’ve moved away from them and i’m closer to my mother in law, and she refuses to watch my kids for longer then 30 minutes so I can go work out and be better for everyone in my life health wise (I have preexisting chronic health conditions that need me to work out to live better and longer and I also love working out) Does anyone have any work out suggestions? I am losing my mind not being able to work out and better my self😩

Can you find a gym w a crèche?? Or just buy 3kg 5kg dumbbells at home and do home workouts. Hubby actually looks after the baby twice a week at night so I can go dance salsa as well. Baby’s nearly about to go to sleep and doesn’t wake till morning so he does bedtime routine twice a week. Pram walking around a lake or nature park or window shopping, wearing ankle weights helps as well. I get my 10k steps in most days just taking baby out and 18k-19k steps on a night of dancing it’s my social life that also keeps me fit
there is one near me, I’ve been tempted, I just have really clingy kids, they freak out if they can’t get into the toilet with me or can’t be under my feet when cooking, I’ve been looking into them tho, I’m looking at some dumbbells too. My cardiologist told me if I don’t work my whole body out, then my heart is more likely to give out (hence the preexisting chronic health conditions)
