Need a break

I feel like I need a break from my baby. I am a single mumma and live with my parents but they don’t help when I need it. My baby is 4 months and I’ve cared for her on my own but she’s going through a regression and it’s really stressing me out and now I feel like I need a break but don’t know what to do as she’s fighting her sleeps, cluster feeding and always crying for attention

This is going to be me when baby is here. Currently living at home too with parents. I wont get any support from them or anyone else when baby arrives. I just know im going to struggle and worry about what im going to do. How are you currently managing? Hope things become better for you x

The regression is so hard. Also not a single mom, but my husband is always gone out of town for work so it feels like it. I’ve gotten 2 hours of sleep each night for the last few weeks 😭 I changed his nap schedule from moms on call to taking care of babies…4 hours of day naps vs 5 hours. I’m realllllly hoping that helps! I can let you know if it does 🤞🏼 can your mom watch him on the monitor during the first nap and you can take a nap too? I feel like that’s an easy ask?

my family are great at helping when I least need it. When everything is great that’s when they want to help but when I’m struggling they aren’t interested in helping me. It’s hard x

it is so hard, didn’t think it’ll be this hard, I’m so tired. Yes please let me know if that helps! I can have a nap on her first nap but I have so much I have to do when she naps x

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
