I've had a rental Spectra S1 which I hired to bring my milk in whilst baby couldn't latch waiting for a tongue tie snip. That is due to be returned next week and the plan was that we'd be EBF now but unfortunately it was still super uncomfortable and she doesn't feed well from the breast so I've been exclusively pumping.
I now need to make a decision on sending the pump back and what to buy permanently going forwards.
The spectra S1 has worked well for me but I'm just doing some research to see if there's anything similar that I might be able to get for a cheaper price and I've found the Medela, has anyone used this and could recommend? Which would you go for out of the two options or is there anything else? I don't want a wearable pump as I feel they don't work well long term so looking for an electric double but one that you don't have to be plugged into the wall...

Baby Buddha has strong suction and you can use collection cups or a pumping bra

I’ve found this resource for pumping and pump information very helpful -

There are so many different things to consider, and any one person’s preference isn’t really helpful for another because our bodies respond differently and need different things. I have figured out a couple of tips, in case they’re helpful, and I can share my experience with the few pumps I tried. I’ll pop back when I have another moment, but wanted to share the link first x

I had a momcozy pump which I'd highly recommend!
