24 weeks and the breathlessness is still bad some days, anyone else having same issue? Maybe it’s the heat not helping me either.

I'm 19 weeks and having similar issues. I can't walk 25 house without needing to stop due to getting breathless

bless you, hopefully it gets better for us both!

it might be the heat but whatever it is. It's good to feel not alone

bless you, it’s really difficult. I find that I have to rest for a couple hours and then it’ll just go

My worse issue, is if ive just got to my car after a decent walk to it or just loaded both kids in the car (both very heavy but can't buckle or climb into their seats properly yet), I need to break to breathe but I can't breathe properly sat in my car cuz if I do, I ended up accidentally honking the horn and scaring the shit into people 😂

oh no. Hopefully it goes for us all soon! With my eldest I was earlier on in my pregnancy less than 19 weeks in the summer but this time I’m further along and have been pregnant throughout the whole of it! So it’s definitely different for me this time especially now having a toddler to look after so I definitely feel your pain with the lifting into the car

i agree this weather and current pregnancy is horrible. I keep questioning how I did my eldest pregnancy as he is a winter baby and had a summer pregnancy with him. I never felt this out of breath in my previous pregnancies or not until 30 weeks anyway. This is just slowly killing me instead.
I did scare a woman picking up her dogs poo by breathing in the car. I did say sorry to her but it happens so often to me now that I've given up and just pretend it's not me 😂

I'm 22+ weeks. My limit is only a 30-min walk. I get breathless most of the time, especially after eating, even if it's just a little.

I have this, it’s a sign of low iron in pregnancy, mine is due to low iron, but also is normal with growing uterus and pushing all your organs upwards into your lungs as baby grows but just to be sure maybe get a blood test to make sure it’s not low iron or any other deficiency xx

ah! Useful to know, thank you. I had low iron after birth with my eldest so may get checked again xx
