Another hello fresh meal

I tried hello fresh years ago. Some of their recipes are great! This one looks delicious!

Another question for you. 🫣😅 do you get to go through some sort of list or anything for dietary restrictions, allergies, and dislikes? Or do they just send you stuff based off of specific types of cuisine?

so far I liked all of them! My husband hasn’t complained about any of them yet. He did say portion size for one of them was a little small though

haha you’re fine! Yes! They’ll ask you your preferences in the beginning before checking out. So like if you are a pescatarian or things like that. I don’t remember them asking me about allergies but they’ll label them like “dairy free” or “20min meal” etc. They do give you a list of foods and you can even substitute some things out like different cut of meat or brown rice instead of white rice. And you can add side like garlic bread or something! I love it so far! Especially because I don’t have to grocery shopping for food!

Im thinking maybe next time around I need groceries we will check this out! How long does it usually take to get your kits after ordering?

I think it took us about 4-5 days. It’ll tell you when to expect the delivery. But I also live in the middle of nowhere so most things take longer. The only complaint I’d say I have so far is that the tomatoes aren’t always so fresh but I grow tomatoes in my garden so I just use mine and give the hello fresh tomatoes to my rabbits

I loved the portion sizes but for me I hated how repetitive they became

oh my gosh! The risotto looks amazing! I can’t wait to try more recipes!
