I feel like I’m alone with taking care of my baby when my husband went back to work. He works from home but it feels like he never wants to help with the baby. I’m still home from work. I only get to go out for like 3 hours one day a week and as soon as I get home he says you take the baby now. Idk what to do. I always feel like I’m doing something wrong and my husband gets upset. He doesn’t get it. I’m emotionally and physically exhausted. Any advice?

Talk to him. Tell him how you perceive your guyses interactions. Don't post about it online anonymously.

If you can, try to do errands on your own. Even if it's to the grocery store or a walk/drive around the block. Just tell him you need some "cooling off" time. I don't limit myself to one time a week, I do it as necessary. Which is still maybe once or twice a week. My husband works 6 days a week and he's home by 6 most days.. I feel guilty, but I know that I need a break too. He helped make your baby, so he needs to support you too.

she’s definitely allowed to post it online anonymously. this app is made for women to vent. she is venting and asking for advice. you seem like a real joy😒🥱 but to the mama who wrote this. definitely talk to him, just open communication. tell him you are struggling and need some extra help during this time period, it won’t be forever but you want you time without feeling extremely guilty

praying for you, because you literally told her what I said but apparently I'm the issue.

no need to. it took one glimpse at your profile to see that you have posted venting about your partner but get on another woman for doing the same. i’m not going to argue on someone elses post, so do better. byeee
Thank you for the advice. I talked to him and he seems to understand my struggle.

...praying for you. Seems like you need it.
