Breastmilk jewellery?

Has anyone bought or been gifted jewellery made with their breastmilk? What's your experience? How's the quality and look?

I found some DIY kits to make my own and I'm tempted but not sure if it's just a gimmick

I got someone to make me two Pandora charms over a year ago and they are still perfect! I wear my bracelet 24/7, swimming, showering ect and they’ve never been affected x

I really want this! The solid gold is very expensive. My friend has a gold plated one she got a couple of years ago and it’s only just slightly tinging.

I’ve never heard of this! where did you get yours made? Does pandora make them?

She makes lots of different things and it’s so much cheaper than big business’!!

no unfortunately Pandora don’t, but she does. She’s in the UK so I’m not sure if she will post to US but worth an ask

This was where my friend got hers x

I had a breastmilk ring made, whilst I love it, I’m not sure I would recommend the company I used. I think it’s just one woman who runs it, and while I understand she was probably overrun with orders, it took such a long time and communication was so poor that it was a really worrying time.

left one was from the beginning of feeding and the right was the end. So sentimental to me 🥹

I have four pieces of breastmilk jewellery and it’s absolutely beautiful. I will definitely do it again with my next one. I sent 10ml of breastmilk away and 6/7 weeks later I received the jewellery.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
