Has anyone managed to successfully claim the free welcome gift from Amazon after setting up their baby wishlist? I’ve met all the eligibility criteria and it won’t work, and the chap I’m speaking to on live chat is about as useful as a chocolate teapot on a hot summers day.

I struggled but managed to get the tommee tippee bottles. I think if you haven't done, you need to add to the registry and then to your basket. Mine all of a sudden started working and think that's what I did

I did eventually! Just to check, you’ve bought something sold and dispatched by Amazon? Took me ages to find something that met that criteria, most things are sold/dispatched by the manufacturer

I got it, and I've been getting a discount of %15 on purchases on top of sales prices!

I’ve got 3 things in my basket which are sold and dispatched by Amazon, all are over the £10 min price and all were added to my basket from the wishlist. They are all baby clothes. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😂

I managed to get the bottles, but I was putting through a big order from my wish-list, so probably had multiple Amazon sold items in there. The price of the bottles only came off at the payment page though, it was in the “discount total” with all the 15% savings

It never worked for me so I messaged them on chat and they gave me a credit to use instead. It’s not worked for any of my friend either

There is a glitch with it, they told me to add it to the order and refunded me once it was delivered. You need to tell them it's not working so they are reminded to refund you

Certain products even if baby products aren’t eligible, I was told that clothes don’t meet the criteria because it’s wardrobe rather than baby. So as people have said you may need to play around with products
