If you could pick, which would you rather do with your partner?
My grandparents has separate bedrooms and I always thought it was unusual, but shrugged my shoulders at it.
Then for the last 3-4 years I’ve shared one with my partner up until this last weekend and I have missed having a whole bed to myself! It has been great and honestly considering keeping this arrangement now 😅

Separate duvets!! Honestly it was a game changer for us, we've got different TOG ratings, he no longer wakes me with every tiny movement (I'm a light sleeper) and we've both always got good duvet coverage!

I love my sleeping buddy. Now I would love separate closets. That went away when we moved 😖

I need my partner next to me to be able to sleep. Would love to have a king size bed though.

We sleep up each others asses basically but sometimes I do want my own blanket cuz he’ll have half of it on the floor 😑

My partner and I have a split king so technically we share a room but not a bed. I need to have him next to me but I like to adjust my bed to my liking and he can do the same. We watch tv and talk to each other at night plus he always has good snacks to steal so I can’t imagine not being in the same room

My partner sleeps on the couch lately because he takes forever to wake up to his MANY alarms and I got so tired of being woken up by him and our daughter when she wakes up. I love having the bed to myself😅 I think if we decided to sleep together again one day we’ll be getting a bigger bed🤣

I can’t sleep without him anymore like I wake up out of my sleep if he leaves the bed lmao

I liked sleeping alone, when my former partner took to the couch I loved it, just me and the baby sprawled out

When we switched fully to formula, we started doing one night one one night off with one of us sleeping in with the (Velcro) baby who was just getting used to her new room and one of us getting a full uninterrupted night sleep in our room and it was sooo good for my mental health and my marriage in general to know that I always had at least one full night’s sleep on the horizon and that things were more ‘fair’ between me and my husband in terms of being there for my baby who is not the best sleeper.

My dream is to have my own room, but we do not have the space right now. One day 💭
