The week leading up to my baby turning 4 months was like everything went out the window?!
teething started so I put sleep stopping due to that, however that’s now calmed down and she just won’t be put down in her crib anymore at night? I tried 6 times last night and in the end just have to carry on co sleeping to get some sleep myself, she use to spend half the night in her crib and up to 3 hours at a time in there before I would resettle her back in there.
Eventually we got as far as just a couple hours in bed in the morning with me and the rest of the night was her crib which took me ages to make that progress….to not being put down atal in there now.
What’s happened and how do I get my baby sleeping back in her crib?! Her day naps also went out the window but they are slowly coming back (much shorter than what they were) but I’m able to pop her down for an hour in her Moses in the day? help 🙃

We used the huckleberry app to help with predicted naps and wake windows.
We also used the Taking Cara Babies 4 month sleep resource with her SITBACK method. 3 nights of hourly wakes and she got through it and has slept through the night ever since.
We implemented a really strict bedtime routine as well which helped immensely.
Its shit and really hard but you'll get through it.
