Struggling with ME/CFS

Hiya,

I've been struggling a lot with ME recently, my fatigue has been extreme and so has my pain. I was just wondering if there's any other mum's around that also struggle with it, maybe build up a support network or something?

I have a daughter who will be 3 in November, which can make things harder but of course I would not change her for the world ❤️❤️
That aside I don't really have anyone I can talk to that really understands.

I have ME! I have an 8 year old, 14 month old and I am pregnant now too 💛

I was diagnosed a long time after I had my first baby, my second was planned and I just kinda know how to pace myself, what I can and can’t do. I have lots of accessibility measures in my house also. This pregnancy was very very unplanned but what happens, happens. I just take every day as it comes and also with lots of support from my girls’ dad and my family 💛

I also have ME and fibro and am 2 weeks with my first - pregnancy actually helped my symptoms a bit but unsure how I will be now im postpartum. I'm still dealing with severe swelling and an infection post c section so im definitely tired and achey but hard to say how much is due to ME. The fatigue regardless is hard but looking at bubba I wouldn't change it for the world - the days are hard but he gives me the drive and pacing definitely helps!

I have submitted my working request ( I work as a sales manager in Currys) 4 days a week still doing my hours 39hours just longer days!

I return in May ‘27 but want to get ahead of the game
Has anyone been in a similar position and what’s your story’s?

I need some advice!

Me and my boyfriend are expecting our first baby in December, before I became pregnant we were constantly having sex as I have always had a high sex drive but now I am 26 weeks pregnant and we haven’t had sex in about 4/5 months. My boyfriend is very scared about hurting me or the baby so has been avoiding it completely (even head).
I masturbate sometimes when I get really horny but I just want that intimacy back with him.
What can I do?
