I am a 34H and am currently 5 days post partum. Baby is feeding pretty well, if all conditions are perfect for him 😂 I’m already thinking ahead of feeding in public. We are doing rugby ball holds for all feeds, which is fine but it leaves my whole breast completely exposed, and being so big I’m really conscious. Just looking for some tips for public feeding for some privacy in these early days building confidence. Thank you x

I ordered one of these and use it whilst I’m getting her to latch, then once she’s on I usually take it off https://amzn.eu/d/6sb4qll

Also a 34H and EBF. I honestly now just get my entire boob out with no fuck given.
I was never comfortable with covering up my baby whilst they’re feeding.
I would just find somewhere discreet until I built confidence. I’d usually try to find a corner or be against a wall. And would push myself by going places and feeding - starting small such as local cute cafe that wasnt too busy or somewhere I’d been to 100 times before and was totally comfortable being there (for me it was my local pub. Went for dinner and fed her whilst there with my partner).
The more you do it. The quicker you gain confidence.
In the 7 and a half months I’ve been EBF, I’ve not once had a funny look or comment. A few looks where people haven’t realised I’m feeding and the look away awkwardly but I just find them quite funny now

Same large breasted mama here no cares given I know it takes time this is my second baby and at first I try to cover but the baby would pull it down hated it became so stressful I literally gave up and it became so much more relaxing for me whatever you decide just remember your doing something amazing and nobody else’s opinion matters just you and your baby ❤️

i have a couple of these and made it so much easier for me in public too. X
