Pressure after sex🤧

It’s very normal to have uterus contractions after an orgasm but shouldn’t be painful or last too long I believe.
In my case never lasts longer than a few minutes and it’s not comfortable but not painful

It doesn’t feel like uterus contractions as I got them all the time with my first! Only way to describe it is either swollen or very heavy, it’s been a few hours now too

Are you ensuring proper hygiene and lots of hydration post sex? Could be start of UTI after irritation

Yep doing everything after, it happens every time aswell and has never developed into a UTI, online it says it could be to do with the increased blood flow to the area and suggests a bath, which typically I don’t have 🤦🏻‍♀️

It’s deffo normal to feel more swollen and a bit more sore/heavy down there because (I do so much googling each day about all things pregnancy now haha) the body increases blood volume and the growing uterus puts more pressure on the veins In the pelvic area. So all bits down there can feel bigger because of more blood flowing to that area

That’s what google told me too! Thank god, I said to my partner if I sneeze it feels like he’s going to come flying out as it’s exactly how I felt minutes before my daughter was born 😂😂😂
