Honestly trust your gut!! The second I got pregnant I knew something wasn’t right, I got fobbed off at the start and was told “every pregnancy is different” turns out they’re now suspecting ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. Always trust your gut, they should take bleeding very seriously not sure why they haven’t. Ring 111 to get more advice xx

I had some negative symptoms at 6 weeks, before I had a midwife.
I called 111 out of hours and had a gp appointment the next day. They then referred me to the early pregnancy unit for a scan.

Thankfully all was well.

I didn't have bleeding, but was asked often, like that would have got me seen faster.

There are loads of good reasons you might have bleeding with no issue.
But realistically they only thing that can confirm is a scan, and id try push for that the best you can. Or at least seeing a GP.
