Pram questions - Bugaboo fox 5 (single pram) or Cybex Gazelle S(which is a double pram)?

I have a dog and having a baby in December, I’m not sure if I will have another baby after this one but the cybex gazelle S offers moving the seats about and can fit my dog inside the pram wherever I want, however I’m not sure how keen she will be getting in it.
I have back pain not pregnancy related and the Cybex allows me to move the seat upwards so less effort to get to the baby and bend down, however I do find the Bugaboo fox 5 a bit more smooth when strolling it.
Any suggestions on the above, dog, pram, backaches and better pram overall ?
I was also considering the Cybex Priam, but again it won’t move up and down.

If the back pain is pregnancy related it will literally disappear over night when baby is born. I have a large breed dog and a toddler and expecting baby no. 2 in December. I had a chat with someone in a pram shop about options for us. She recommend the icandy orange as that can turn into a double but is primarily a single. Ive opted to baby wear newborn and faff with toddler and dog as usual. A lot of baby and dog is just training and when baby is here keep enforcing that training

We had the priam last time and have gone for the gazelle this time - it will primarily be used as a single not a double as older child too old for a pram now.

Our friends have the gazelle and have loved it, and we’ve found it great to push whenever we’ve tried it. The Priam was heavy and honestly not the most robust, and was more awkward to fold and store or get in and out of the car than the gazelle despite the gazelle being bigger.

Love the flexibility of the gazelle and the storage and position options are brilliant for what we need.

Hope this helps a little 🤷🏻‍♀️😊

Hi there, thank you for your message.
The back pain is not only pregnancy related unfortunately, it’s a continuous condition that can worsen during winter.
I loved the icandy, but thought it was a bit heavier for me in comparison to Cybex and bugaboo mainly also it can put more pressure on my back when walking long distances.
But I will go to the shop again as I may have a looked for a different model than the one you suggested.
Thank you for your help

. Thank you, that’s actually great to hear I’m not the only one thinking of the gazelle S with only one child :)
It’s always great to have some reference from someone, in this case I won’t even consider the Priam then, I was under the impression that it was the same smoothness as the gazelle s.
I see so many people with the Bugaboo that made me think of both prams… but it’s more pricey also

I have a dog and we have gone for the bugaboo fox 5 renew! I can’t really see my dog sitting in the basket of the gazelle (this was on our shortlist) and didn’t want to buy it solely based on that as cute as it looks!
We go on lots of walks in the park and cobbled areas so the bugaboo was the option that held up to this torture test as well as being lightweight and super easy to manoeuvre around.
It’s more pricey but with being a little bigger in carrycot and seat wise, we can get a bit longer out of it and we are using the bassinet for overnight sleeping with the compatible stand instead of a Moses basket/travel cot in the earlier months so saving on that front. It also has a great two wheel mode for beaches and steps (we have steps up to our house)
Ultimately it’s what feels best for you and your list of priority features!

Yes, that makes sense, they said the gazelle is up to 4 years so I wasn’t really think bugaboo and gazelle would be much difference in terms of age and sizing accommodating.
Very practical using the bassinet for overnight sleeps!
Thanks for your insight, very helpful :)

When did you circumcise your baby?
If you DID NOT or DO NOT have a circumcised son DO NOT comment this post is not for you!

Did you wait a certain amount of time or have it done immediately?
Again respectfully, this is only for the parents who choose to do so.
opinions about how not necessary it is will not be appropriate for this post. Thank you in advance. 🩵

Can someone pls help i keep making this post and nobody is responding

My boyfriend booked a trip for us to go to mexico for a week as my push present. I have severe anxiety leaving my 7 month old with my mom. I know she will be in good hands but she’s exclusively breast fed for the most part but accepts bottles just fine. i have all my pumping parts packed and will pump when baby normally eats but i don’t want baby to forget me or have latch issues when i return!! any mommas ever experience this?

Vanilla extract

Has anyone used alcohol free vanilla in their babies formal to help them drink?
I’m 100% sure my baby refuses her bottles as she doesn’t like the taste of it!

Just anxious to try it, don’t want her to get used to it and then refuse bottles again after two weeks of using (correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve read you use it for 2 weeks max)

TIA 🙂

Postpartum

I’m only 3 days postpartum (FTM) and already have extremely bad anxiety. I’m crying every night, as I think of another night of no sleep. My baby will not settle in his cot, he cries every moment we put him down unless in his chair rocker. So me and my partner are having to alternate after 3/4 hours of being awake with him downstairs. I’m trying everything to get him to settle. It’s a load of overwhelming stress. I’m 23, I was desperate for a baby and now I have one and feel completely useless. I miss it just being me and my partner.

I feel like just a milk cow

Hi I have a 16 day old via c section, I'm a FTM never having been around babies before as I am the youngest of my household and from a small family. My husband is fantastic with our little one. But ever since I've had the baby I just feel like the only thing I'm good for is producing milk. I feel disconnected from my husband like the only reason he's around is because am producing milk. We were having some issues before the baby and we're struggling it took a while to feel like he was onboard even though he said he was from the moment we found out. I dunno if I'm feeling like a spear part because I'm lacking confidence with baby or because I feel like he wouldn't mind being a single dad. Is this postpartum hormones or something else?

How long did it take for your child’s circumcision to heal and you could give him a bath?

I’ve just been wiping him down with a fiber wash cloth but I just wanted to know from others experience on how long it took
