Pain after birth.

Hi! I’m 3 weeks PP, and after birth I’ve been having such bad pain in my butt. Like the bone right at the top of my butt crack lol. I’m just wondering if this is normal , I’m a FTM so I’ve never experienced this before. Do I need to do pelvis floor exercises ? Sometimes I can feel what seems like my bone popping and out of place. I’m in so much pain & when I expressed my concern to my doctors they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about & didn’t know how to help me lol. So made me feel like this isn’t normal. It hurts so bad when I sit down.

You could've popped your tailbone out during labor, something happened to me with my first that left my tailbone permanently messed up. Definitely look into pelvic floor therapy and a chiropractor! Both are a godsend after having a baby, its so hard on the body!

Yes I had this!!! Totally normal. It should go away soon. This can be addressed in pelvic floor or post natal chiro

Sounds like maybe tailbone pain, I had that during my pregnancy and after. After did feel a bit different though. I too spoke to my OB also seemed confused by my description of pain then brushed it off as if it was normal as I had a natural delivery. After I bugged more they sent me to a class and their recommendation was to focus on posture and yes this pelvic floor exercises. I also went to physical therapy during my pregnancy so I did those exercises as well. I would say keep bugging your doctor if the pain is really bad or ask if you could go see a physical that specializes in post partum - my PCP acted like he had no idea but my OB knew.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!
