Hi everyone,
I’m 30 weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound and an internal exam yesterday. The doctor said that overall growth is perfect for 30+0, but the head measurements have really worried me. The CI was 99%, and the head seems a bit small for her gestational age. The doctor didn’t say anything specific, but it could indicate brachycephaly.
I’ve been feeling very anxious since then and can’t stop thinking about it.
Has anyone had similar experiences or had a baby with these kinds of head measurements? I’m based in the UK

I had this . First midewife sent me for. Scan because my belly was to small . Got the scan and the consultant took me to her room and started to say that there is something wrong my baby head was measuring 2/3 weeks behind the rest of the body . I started to cry . They sent me to Cardiff for a scan ( 3 weeks later ) it was a torture . I made the mistake by googling and looking at photos ect .. i cried every night. Then got this scan and the dr said to me yes she does have a small head but she is only a week behind not 3 ! And its normal some baby have big head some have small head . She was born at 37 weeks and her head was NORMAL ! She is 2 and a half now and perfect ! Don’t stress out i promess everything is fine
