GD & Pregnancy Weight Loss

Okay, so second pregnancy here but first with GD. With my first baby, I steadily gained about 40 pounds with her. This pregnancy I have GD and was a little overweight but not majorly. I have lost about 15 pounds since my first appointment at 10 weeks (14 weeks ago) so negative weight gain since I first got pregnant. I asked my doctor but she wasnt concerned yet until I hit third trimester. Will this plateau and stop/start to gain some back or not? Can someone tell me how their pregnancy weight journey fluctuated?

Are you diet controlled? My second pregnancy was also GD. I was following GD diet, third trimester had to take night time insulin. I kind of stopped gaining weight and my baby was average weight. I was surprised that he was 8 lbs at birth while I ended up weighing less than pre pregnancy.

Yeah I'm diet controlled. So far no insulin needed yet. Im about 25 weeks now. I was diagnosed at 16 weeks. Even before my diagnosis, I was already going down a few pounds (baby knew before I did and just wanted protein, no sugar so I had already been eating less sugar than usual) I was curious if I should worry at all as it's still going down but maybe I will kinda stay stagnant or something more in 3rd trimester ? Was curious how it ended up for other mamas.

I’m currently in my third GD pregnancy. My first I was diagnosed at 30 weeks so only lost a little weight. In my second pregnancy I was diagnosed at 12 weeks. When I went in for my planned c section at 39 weeks, I was over 3 stone lighter than I was at my 8 week booking appointment. I was diet controlled throughout apart from 3 units of insulin at bedtime for fasting numbers. Baby boy was born at 39 weeks exactly weighing 7lb 8oz.

Anxiety with the bump.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve suddenly developed a massive anxiety around anyone standing behind me. My husband is annoying me so much because even though I’ve told him how it makes me feel, he’s continued doing stuff in our kitchen (that is tiny anyway) and sliding past me to grab things. I know the baby is safe even if I were to bump the bump a little but even the thought of it is still making extremely anxious. How do I cope with this feeling and is anyone else going through the same sort of thing?

Please be nice as I have anxiety…

So I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I went to the hospital for light bleeding when I wipe ( not ever time though).. the doctor told me it was due to sex and that my cervix was irritated has anyone else experienced this? And or know way to just calm my anxiety from it

Breathless and feeling like I need to be sitting constantly!

Has anyone else been feeling this way as they're getting closer to their due date?

I attempted to change our bedding this evening and had to call my husband for back up as I literally felt like my lungs were going to explode just trying to reach over to put the sheet on.

I'm huffing and puffing just getting my toddler into his pjs, and I was sat down! Like what is going on 😮‍💨🥲

Everything has been check ie bloods etc so I think it's just general pregnancy as I'm now 38 weeks. My bump feels like it weighs about 100lbs 😭
