What type of food did he eat ? Also, he looks like white to me, maybe give 111 a call for advice, or go A&E to make sure ? Look for other symptoms as well

I’d personally seek medial attention if your concerned, I’ve worked in child care for many year and have never come across this colouring of poo.

It could simply be to diet but to be 100% sure I’d seek medical advice to rule out any concerns x

Keep the nappy! Sounds crazy but keep the nappy and take it with you to the doctors 😅

While googling didn’t seem like actual white poop ? It says that a lot of milk could affect her poop she does drink a LOT of cow milk so maybe that ? No other symptoms

My little one had this colour stool when he had what I think was a mild case of gastroenteritis, my friend who is a dr said it’s literally chalky stark white colour that’s a concern, but of course I am not a medical professional so if you are worried then maybe speak to the GP tomorrow :)
