My LO turns 1 year old on Wednesday. We are trying to get her off formula as soon as possible, what are some meals plans you have for your LO to feed them 3 times a day + snacks?
I’m seeing too much on the internet that it is overwhelming!

I try to do 3 food groups for meals and 2 for snacks but really getting them to eat anything is what matters.
For me do,
Breakfast: Eggs, yogurts, pancakes bits,
Snacks:
Lunch: macNcheese, purée jars, ppj sandwiches in bits,
Dinner: purée our dinner,

Agreed, try for 3 meals and a 2 snacks. Give whole milk a few times a day in a cup or bottle. I think the doc recommends to get rid of the bottle by 18 months.

Also we mixed formula and milk gradually (1 oz milk with 4 oz formula then 2 oz milk with 3 oz formula, and so on until the formula was gone). Some kids do fine with switching cold turkey but some kids need a transition!

Batch book it's a life saver.
I batch cook pinwheels, egg muffins, sauce for pasta, and freeze it all. It makes life so much easier
Breakfast is usually weetabix, peanut butter on toast, cream cheese on toast eggy bread or fruit n yog
Dinner is usually scrambled egg, pinwheels with veggies and cheese inside, egg muffins with veggies in, pasta with homemade veggies sauce. I usually serve this with some fruit or avacado, cucumber
Snacks are usually fruit or puffs
Tea is whatever we eat but unseasoned
