Baby wearing & buying infant carrier system/stroller systems?

Hello! Currently pregnant FTM, and prepping to use attachment parenting strategies including baby wearing regularly. Wondering if it’s even necessary to have an infant carrier system or even a bassinet insert for a stroller system since I’m planning to wear her so much. Or if anyone regrets buying an expensive stroller system they never use? Would love to hear from baby wearing moms for their perspective!

I honestly didn't use my stroller much! I think you could get away without it

I think it’ll all depend on baby. I wear my baby a lot but here are times i can tell she’s over being held and like to lay out and stretch. You can try to find gently used stroller systems on offer up if you don’t wanna spend a lot. I bought a new car seat but purchased a used stroller and added my car seat as the attachment. :)

Sleep help

Hi mamas!
A sleep question..
My little one (13 weeks) tends to go to sleep around 8pm (give or take) after bath, bottle, bed routine. He quite consistently has a good 4-5 hour stretch initially before waking up for a feed around 1-2am. Once he’s fed and settled back in his next to me crib, the rest of the night is very bitty up until he wakes at about 7am. He’ll go down for an hour or so at a time but finds it tricky to stay asleep for longer than that. VERY thankful for the initial stretch but hoping we can maybe nail down a second longer stretch somehow. Any tips or tricks? Thanks in advance!

Sleeping sack to duvet

This may be a stupid question but by little girl will be 2 next month and i was thinking of starting to introduce her to a little toddler duvet before winter is officially here…

But i dont know if shes ready for one? Or is it just one of these things you just need to encourage?

Supply 😭

Really worried that I'm losing my milk supply..
My baby was born early so for 3-4 months while he was in hospital I religiously pumped every 3 hours for 20 mins, I was a massive over supplier. I had to buy a freezer for storage and also donated ALOT to the hospital and neither I or Hospital had space to keep storing.

Baby is now home and breastfeeding (he was feeding well doing 15-20mins every 3 hours in hospital but now he feeds for 5 mins every 1-2 hours 😭 I pump over night as he has to be tube fed at night. But I fear my supply has massively dropped, I used to pump 180ml total each time, and just now I pumped 50ml total 😭

I've also noticed my breasts look smaller and never feel full anymore, one breast looks even smaller than beforeI was pregnant.

And help or advice would be appreciated 😭

Concern about constipation and feeding

I am mother of 11-day-old baby boy.

I’m concerned that my boy may be constipated. His last two diapers had very
dry stools, which is different from usual.

He usually takes about 30 mL every 2 hours of either expressed breast milk or Enfamil Gentlease formula.

Could you please advise whether this is constipation, whether 30 mL every 2 hours is enough for baby who was born at 37 week and now he is 10 days old, and what I can do to help with the dry stools?
