Hi mamas!
A sleep question..
My little one (13 weeks) tends to go to sleep around 8pm (give or take) after bath, bottle, bed routine. He quite consistently has a good 4-5 hour stretch initially before waking up for a feed around 1-2am. Once he’s fed and settled back in his next to me crib, the rest of the night is very bitty up until he wakes at about 7am. He’ll go down for an hour or so at a time but finds it tricky to stay asleep for longer than that. VERY thankful for the initial stretch but hoping we can maybe nail down a second longer stretch somehow. Any tips or tricks? Thanks in advance!

I gave my son few more oz for night time feed, idk if that helps but he sleep 9-10pm til 6-7 am

I’m in the same boat as you , EBF . Would love to know any tricks too

End of May baby here - hate to say it but I think they are developing so fast that trying to lock in a consistent strategy is a way to send yourself mad. I kept trying to piece together what we had done on the days before the better nights - no patterns at all. And after a spontaneous improvement, we hit 4 months and everything had totally changed again.
Fine to try things here and there but don’t stress about finding a fix at this age. What doesn’t work tomorrow might be great in a month and what works tomorrow might not next week. Trying to manage sleep at this age is basically riding a roller coaster while blindfolded.
I specifically mentioned in my post this is a no judgement group chat & this is the first thing she does be careful because me and my friend were once in a group chat with her a while back and she talked so dirty to us because we gave our babies purees said "your doctors know nothing " "your baby is gonna have issues " and "yall are dumb" that "i trust online research not my doctors " just beware!!!

Okay moms. I’m feeling super guilty. I let my 10 month old watch ms Ratchel, it’s not an every day thing but I run out of ideas to play with him. He refuses to crawl, hates tummy time and has no interest in wanting to try. Any other moms currently going through this?

Hello,
I applied for my baby’s first passport on the 10th of August and sent the dad’s passport and the full birth certificate as the dad is the one who is British. On the tracking, I can see that the documents were received on the 18th of August and up till this very moment, it’s not moved from that. We did the standard processing time and it’s about 5wks+ now since documents were received. Unsure why it’s taking this long and if anyone has similar experience or advice. My baby’s dad has an emergency where he needs to travel internationally and he’s thinking we should request his passport back and let the application continue. Don’t think that’s wise but it’s been way too long and it’s super important that he travels by next week.
We called the passport office and they advise to continue waiting without any much info. They said if we need the dad’s passport that we’ll have to send an email to request for it and also mentioned the application will still continue. I don’t know how true this is. We plan to call them on Monday and then send the email to request just the dad’s passport back. I don’t know if we can ask them to upgrade the application and pay for a faster processing at this point as it’s way past the 3wks normal standard processing time.
Really disturbed by this. I’ll appreciate any advice or guidance on this.

My 7 month old pooped normally this morning. He ate avocado and banana mixed with my breastmilk and then pooped (image shown) 30 min later. Does this look concerning? He’s exclusively breastfed and acting normal.
