Really worried that I'm losing my milk supply..
My baby was born early so for 3-4 months while he was in hospital I religiously pumped every 3 hours for 20 mins, I was a massive over supplier. I had to buy a freezer for storage and also donated ALOT to the hospital and neither I or Hospital had space to keep storing.
Baby is now home and breastfeeding (he was feeding well doing 15-20mins every 3 hours in hospital but now he feeds for 5 mins every 1-2 hours 😠I pump over night as he has to be tube fed at night. But I fear my supply has massively dropped, I used to pump 180ml total each time, and just now I pumped 50ml total ðŸ˜
I've also noticed my breasts look smaller and never feel full anymore, one breast looks even smaller than beforeI was pregnant.
And help or advice would be appreciated ðŸ˜

Sounds like baby has regulated your supply to what they actually need (usually would happen about 6 weeks) whereas before you were pumping so much it created an over supply.
If they are now feeding directly then it makes sense that you'd pump less as the rest is going directly to baby.
As they get older they become more efficient at extracting milk so they do have shorter feeds.
If baby is gaining weight, having wet nappies and is content then they are getting enough and you are doing amazing!

I had this same issue. Also was an over suppler. Mine drops dramatically just before my period. Did try breastfeeding soon as she was born but she was playing about and didn’t gain weight so she was given expressed breast milk so I knew how much she was having. Now that’s she 3 plus months she back on the breast as I lost supply and needed her to signal to produce more. She’s done well and it’s back to normal. Poor girl has to deal with a fast flow.

Hey all, so I’ve not worked in 7 years due to multiple reasons, I left my previous job because I was fleeing DV, then lockdown happened, then I met my husband and had my twins, I feel into a deep depression, was diagnosed with ptsd, adhd, I struggle to get out, struggle with daily life but keep going for my husband and kids but recently ive been feeling I really want to get back into work, im trained as a senior career, working with dementia and end of life, I don’t know where to start anymore, I’ve lost all confidence and it’s been so long that will I get it will I pick up where I left off, who’s going to hire someone who has no confidence, I used to be able to speak to anyone and everyone, now if anyone speaks to me a stutter and panic then don’t know what to say to the simplest of things
Don’t know what I’m looking for, has anyone else had this and overcome it?

Inspired by a post earlier this week. I am so excited for my little man to crawl all over his new playpen while I cook breakfast without constantly worrying about my big dogs running around next him. I am sleep deprived/ depressed/ and really struggling mentally so if theres something i can use to help my sanity I am all for it. Mornings have been extra hard but I am looking forward to using this tomorrow 😊 highly recommend!! If you feel the need to judge, just move on 😀

Please tell me if this is niche to us or everyone? Since he was practicing to crawl to now practicing to walk he gets his feet caught up in sleep suits/babygrows (mostly the footed ones). At first i thought maybe they’re too big but then width wise and length wise when he straightens his legs the suit couldn’t be any smaller yet his feet still get caught. Multiple months, sizes, brands. Having to constantly pull his feet back to the ends so he doesn’t trip and it’s driving me a bit crazy.
Am i missing something???
