All of the above why limit yourself 😂😂😂

No pigging out for me, just have sweets or junk foods in moderation. 1-2 snacks a day and make sure I have a decent serving of veggies in every meal

You won’t last being healthy with the attitude of you can’t have any junk again. Purely for the fact you’ll want it more 🤷🏻♀️

I have gallstones and will probably have my gallbladder removed so am literally going to have to live this soon 😂
