We got down to no bottles and just a quick wake up then back to sleep.
Bubs has recently been very unwell wasnt eating so needed milk calories so was waking stating she was hungry then going back to sleep.. Yes we are still using bottles don't come for me.
And now, she's coming out of the illness still not fully recovered and eating but is waking for milk/bottle. I feel we have regressed all the work we've done and feel I've really failed. She does not have dummy etc and I just feel awful.
People say just completely remove the bottle but if you saw the screaming honestly it's so awful to see her that way. I know they are testing boundaries but she doesn't get like this about anything and she feel inconsolable. Argh I don't know why I'm writing, I feel like a complete failure.
Just to add, we use oat milk as she is allergic to dairy.

If she wakes and has one bottle and then goes back to sleep maybe you continue with that whilst she’s still recovering post being ill - hopefully it phases out again?
