I don’t have any answers but my son is exactly the same. He’s 2.5 and we have always had multiple wakes every night no matter what we do. If I don’t go to him straight away he vomits so it can be very stressful

Hey Mama, yes this is a big struggle. Some kids are just like this. My oldest (turning 21) would want to come into my bed until he was 5 or 6 then started sleeping through. Do you have a calming bedtime routine where you do the exact same routines every night? For my kids it's always been dinner ➡️ nice warm bath/shower ➡️ pre-bed snacks, toilet, and bedtime stories ➡️ lights out (audiobook or calming music optional). And no screens after dinner time. I have also found if they had an overstimulating day, they'd struggle more with winding down for bed.

It's also important that you are getting the time out you need, so if you have a partner, friend, or family member who can help you at least some evenings so that you can get a breather, it would be worth asking them to help.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
