Hi all, I have been TTC for four years now and haven’t had success. I wanted to know what others have tried before choosing to do IVF? Thanks!

Four years is a long time . Please get in touch with your local doctor who can organise tests etc . The sooner you get tested, the sooner you will get to the bottom of the problem to fix it . Be warned many cases of infertility can be unexplained .

I hope you're doing okay! Infertility is not an easy journey. I have a similar story with a few losses and an ectopic pregnancy. We were just about to start IVF but in god's timing, we had a spontaneous pregnancy that same month and now have a healthy baby after 4 years.
Definitely agree with having full panel bloodwork and hormone testing done. It'll give u insight before diving into medical treatments. I would also recommend tracking your ovulation using a temp drop or mira if you haven't already.
I worked with a naturopath and functional medicine practitioner and I feel the protocol they created for me helped me conceive. Lots of sunlight, red light therapy, detoxing the pathways (through supplements & sauna) progesterone cream, ozone therapy etc and most importantly balancing my blood sugar!

Thanks for the wonderful advice and for sharing your journey. I tried IUI about 15 months ago without success. Hoping a full panel will shed some light on hopefully optimising a natural conception 🙏🏼
How much red light therapy was recommended/did you do ?
