Pregnancy sickness in second trimester

Just wondering if anyone else is or has struggled with sickness still into the second trimester? I’ve gone from being sick 4-5 times a day to once a day so I’m hoping it’s coming to the end but finding it’s hard to carry on working and doing daily things! GP has prescribed medication but it’s hard not to feel alone !

I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this! I had sickness throughout my whole pregnancy the first time unfortunately. My second one it eased off in the second trimester and then came back in the third trimester. It’s good you’ve got medication, it should help and I really hope it does. Hope this helps you to feel less alone and hope you feel better very soon. It doesn’t last forever I promise 🙏🏽

I continued being sick twice a day until at least 20 weeks, and I’m still sick now if I miss my nausea medication at night… I think sadly it’s pretty common for it to last well into 2nd trimester! Sorry, it’s so miserable

Hey, I’m 25 weeks with my second and spend most of my time in bed with extreme nausea and sickness. It lasted all the way through with my first. You are not alone!! X

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately I’ve been sick with both my pregnancies all the way through (I’m currently 35 weeks with my second and no sign of it letting up). Hopefully your medication works better than anything has for me.

Anxiety with the bump.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve suddenly developed a massive anxiety around anyone standing behind me. My husband is annoying me so much because even though I’ve told him how it makes me feel, he’s continued doing stuff in our kitchen (that is tiny anyway) and sliding past me to grab things. I know the baby is safe even if I were to bump the bump a little but even the thought of it is still making extremely anxious. How do I cope with this feeling and is anyone else going through the same sort of thing?

Please be nice as I have anxiety…

So I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I went to the hospital for light bleeding when I wipe ( not ever time though).. the doctor told me it was due to sex and that my cervix was irritated has anyone else experienced this? And or know way to just calm my anxiety from it

Breathless and feeling like I need to be sitting constantly!

Has anyone else been feeling this way as they're getting closer to their due date?

I attempted to change our bedding this evening and had to call my husband for back up as I literally felt like my lungs were going to explode just trying to reach over to put the sheet on.

I'm huffing and puffing just getting my toddler into his pjs, and I was sat down! Like what is going on 😮‍💨🥲

Everything has been check ie bloods etc so I think it's just general pregnancy as I'm now 38 weeks. My bump feels like it weighs about 100lbs 😭

Friends wedding abroad

Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?
