BBT graphs

If your graph is up and down it’s probably a sign you need to support progesterone production better x

Are you testing first thing in the morning before you get up or do anything? With a proper BBT thermometer?

Not sure that counts as BBT, would maybe try a bbt thermometer and see what it says.

I didn't use oura when I conceived my first, just BBT thermometer. However, I use oura now and there's definitely much more variability in my temperatures which I don't know if it is down to oura measuring it differently to a thermometer or the fact that I have been diagnosed with PCOS which obviously wreaks havoc with hormones.
