Breastfeeding support cushion suggestions

I have nmbeen to the physio recently for many aches and pains related to breastfeeding. I am VERY double jointed / flexible, so staying in one position is really difficult without excellent support. I have been using a combination of normal pillows up till now, but feel I should invest in a proper support tailored to breastfeeding. Does anyone have any suggestions for ones to buy in the UK? Would really appreciate your thoughts!

I use a g shape pregnancy pillow and it can be sat up in bed etc to create comfort while sitting and lying down. With my first, breastfeeding and latch was much better when I didn't use a pillow at all as it impacted the position baby was in. The g shape has options to put parts over or under your legs though so it might be helpful for you. The breastfeeding specific one I had last time though was rubbish and as soon as the lactation consultant removed it breastfeeding was much easier

I just got one from Mama's and Papas. Saved my back and shoulders. Still using it now and she's 7.5 months. But I manly use it when I am feeding her in bed now x

So annoyed, dog jumped on me :( now I’m anxious

I have a big dog and she NEVER jumps.. today I came home and my mum was with me visiting and my dog must have just got over whelmed and she jumped and ended up scratching my lower back,

with that I’ve bent backwards almost and stretched my lower belly and it didn’t hurt as such just felt like tha shock ligament pain but ofc I haven’t actually bent that far since being pregnant and now I just feel anxious really and just need some reassurance. It only happened about 15 mins ago and I have felt baby a little since

But why is there always something to worry about!😭

How long are we supposed to take this for after birth? It’s been 3 months.

Young mum

Hi guys,

I’m just wondering if there’s any other young parents that are getting further into their pregnancy and like, genuinely just clocking that I’m gonna be responsible for a baby and I don’t know everything their is to know about baby’s I feel like I’m gonna be so useless and accidently be the worst mum in the world 🫣

Does anyone else feel like this? Or felt like this? I’m 19 and genuinely have so much anxiety about this now I’m 20 weeks lol

Seeing a lot of October babies announcements on social media

😳 I feel like I’m the only one who haven’t announced my October baby! Everyday I open social media and someone is announcing their October baby and I even started to see some November babies being announced.
