We just went through something called reverse cycling.. we just made sure she was getting most/all of her calories during the day and now we’re back to sleeping 10 hrs before she wakes for an early am snack

My son is. He eats on demand all day long and I make sure to nurse him to sleep at bed time so he has a full belly. He does sometimes wakes up once during the night if he doesn’t fell good. Like last night he woke up hungry and fussy but he had shots Friday and I figured he was gonna one day soon. I use the app Napper to help determine when he needs a nap and when I need to wake him up which has helped. I let him do his own schedule for a few days and just logged it and after day 4 it’s been getting it right and helped me make sure he doesn’t over sleep and not sleep all night.
Just know it’s normal for them to still want to eat during the night until a year old so don’t be too hard on yourself. My oldest didn’t sleep all night until a year old.

My boy has been sleeping through the night since he was two months old. He wakes a few times in the night every so often just because he wants to be in bed with me instead of in his crib. He only gets three naps during the day, sometimes two. Each nap is no longer than an hour. He gets his last 6oz bottle of the day around 6pm and normally is asleep by 7:30. I managed to get him to sleep through the night by keeping him in bed with me for the first few weeks of starting it and then slowly moving him to his crib. At 4 months he learned how to sleep in his crib all night but every so often he needs cuddles at night which I happily give.
