I’ve had 2 previous egg retrievals and this all looks fairly promising. Not to dissimilar to what I had anyway. You usually go about 10 days of injections before they decide to trigger for ovulation your clinic may push to 12 days depends where you are at. You want the follicles to be at least between 17mm-19mm when you come to trigger. Some clinics go as far as 18mm-20mm. You will end up having one or two possibly from your left ovary looking at it here that may over mature and won’t be viable to use. I had 13 follicles retrieved and only 9 contained eggs and 7 fertilised.
There’s always a depletion in numbers regarding this process It’s all a numbers game at this point, you never end up with the same number as you started and it’s completely out your hands. Wishing
You the best of luck 💫

It’s so tough. This journey isn’t easy. The majority of it at this point is out of your hands though lovely, staying present and doing things you enjoy to take your mind off of the process will help but remember be kind to yourself no matter the outcome it’s easy to start blaming yourself but all this does is makes things harder. It’s already mentally and physically exhausting try not to give yourself that added pressure. Ride the wave as they say. Good luck 🩷

Hiii, these numbers look amazing! You got this! And, your endro thickness is looking good too! This just means your body is responding well (: best of luck! ☘️

Hi Jacq, the follicles ≥10 mm are considered actively responding
Day 5 is still mid-stimulation,
Many follicles grow 1–2 mm per day, additional smaller follicles (6–9 mm) may still “catch up”
It’s very common for the final mature follicle count to increase between day 6 and trigger day (usually day 9–12).
This follicle cohort looks promising, how is your estradiol level?
