I feel like I’m so fed up of going to bed and just not feeling like I’m actually fully resting or getting my energy
I’m not getting into a super deep sleep and when I wake up I’m so tired and then I go for a wee 3 times a night and it’s just getting hard isn’t it 🥲❤️
also I’m so tired all day, nodding off and get in bed and can’t sleep for hours
still super in love with being pregnant and very grateful. I think because this is my last week at work and I’m just mentally drained by it I’m just not able to fully relax?
I know everyone says just you wait till you have a baby so I know I’m going to be up all night for god knows how long but still it would be nice to rest while I can lol

But the good news is, once you have the baby, when you sleep, you SLEEP! You actually rest. Of course broken sleep is a torture but hey 🤷🏻♀️😅

I've been getting to sleep at about 6am and waking up at 8am every day with my restless legs it's draining me. Only 4 weeks of work left 😅

I feel ya, I wake up loads and I'm awake for ages too it's frustrating 🤦🏼♀️

I feel this been going sleep at 6am in the morning because I really can’t sleep from rib pain then alarm is going off at 7.30 for the school run 😭

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but this is just your body preparing you for your new life once baby is here! You sleep differently forever once you have a kid I swear, even when they eventually start actually sleeping (think my son was about 3 when he first slept through the night) you still sleep on a different level to before, you're always kind of half aware and half listening out for them. But if it helps, you do adjust to this new reality quickly and you'll surprise yourself how little sleep you actually need to survive!

I feel like it’s a different type of tired when baby is here. I was able to sleep when baby was sleeping with my first born.. will be a different story this time round as I have a toddler.
But I totally understand the not sleeping I can manage to nod off at 9pm and by 11 I’m away needing a wee and then I don’t feel like
I fully go back to sleep I wake up at every noise or my toddler waking me up or needing another wee. 😂
