Hi! My son has been consistently waking up at 5 am since he was 3.5 months old. He’s now nearly 7 months. Sometimes he’ll even wake up earlier, like 4/430 (this morning was a 445 day) and then occasionally I’ll get a 6 am wake up which feels so nice😂
I put him to bed between 6 pm and 730 pm depending on when his last nap ends, but he’s transitioning to 2 naps so I feel like his last wake window before bed is way too long…..sometimes 5 hours but he won’t take a 3rd little nap before bed if I try (that’s why I put him to bed at 6 a lot).
Rough schedule majority of the time is this:
5 am wake up
Usually first nap will be around 730 and he’ll sleep for an hour and a half
Awake from 9 to 12
Next nap will end around 130
And then I’ll try to get him another nap around 430 but he usually refuses it
So bedtime at 6
This shifts depending on when my son wakes up and how long naps are
Any tips or advice would be really appreciated. He actually sleeps through the night but he really thinks it is morning soooooo early.
And I try to leave the lights off and not feed him straight away and he’s fine with it for a bit and then he’ll start to cry cause he’s hungry and wants to get up.

Try a bridge nap at 5:30pm instead of 4:30pm for half an hour, then a 3.5 wake window making bedtime 9:30pm, that should fix the problem if you can manage the bridge nap! He’s waking early because he’s going to bed too early I found this with my little one at 7 months old x

It’s only better if the wake window inbetween is right I found and between nap 2 and early bedtime was still too much of a big gap!
