U should never feed a three month old food and it’s never been three months. The rule was 4 and that’s outdated and dangerous. 6 months you can start BLW or purées. Babies need tons of iron at this age.

Don’t rush it’s been changed to 6 months for a reason. Their digestive systems are not ready there gut especially- babies need milk for the 1st year 🥰xx
Why can’t she have formula? Go to the doctors and see if they can prescribe something for her ( I’m not sure if you are UK based or not) but you can’t completely stop feeding a 3 month old milk baby needs it nutritionally.
Legally in the uk they have to give you breaks in order to pump for your baby.
I say this from a nice place please don’t get upset sorry if it comes across wrong 😬

She isn’t able to have formula at all and you can’t pump? Even if you start your baby in foods, their main source of nutrients is from breast milk or formula. You cannot just start your baby on solids. Solids are complementary foods, and not apart of nutrition source.

Have you considered using donated breastmilk? If you cant afford to go through a milk bank, there are groups like Human Milk 4 Human Babies where moms donate for free. The only thing with that is it's all based in good faith. You have to be able to trust the person you're accepting from is telling the truth about anything they're taking (Im on zoloft, for example) and whether or not you wamt your baby to recieve milk from a mom who is vaxed.
I have an oversupply and have donated a few times. Now, I donate to specific families I've connected with so any extra milk I have goes straight to them once I get like 100oz or so frozen. They're really good sources for mom who cant supply their own milk to their baby for so many reasons.

Your baby still needs breast milk or formula. You can't start them in solids at three months.

Use the free version of the solid starts app. I would wait to introduce solids until baby can sit up independently without support(s). So they can best handle swallowing food
