Things you wish you’d do before C-Section

I’m having my section on Sunday, and trying to write a bunch of ‘self-care’ type things I want to do before hand.
Now I’m not talking the practical things like setting up changing or feeding stations etc. I’m talking things for you like shaving your legs or dying your eyebrows 😂
I know from my last section that I’m not gunna feel my best so I want to do everything I can to feel good! I’ve got a fresh haircut already!
So what are some things you did / wish you did before your c section?

I wish I had had a really nice bubble bath 🙈😂 the kind where you just lay there with some candles on, some music or an audiobook in the background 😍 literally sounds better than sex to me right now 😂 I’m 4 weeks pp and cannot wait to have this!

I had my hair cut and coloured, I had a lash tint and my eyebrows done, had my nails done (had no issue with the section with them, just leave nothing on your toes!)
No regrets! Would do them all again as they just help you feel a little more human.
It’s a practical one, but if you don’t have a handsfree water bottle, get one. It was a lifesaver last time!

Bubble bath, nails done, eyelashes done, exfoliate, shave, moisturise, pluck eyebrows, fresh hair wash, paint toes, face mask!

All things I did before mine and it was so nice 😂

Big bath, like you say dye my eyebrows, sort all my nails out, face mask and make sure I've got nice fresh bedding on to come home to x

Having clean hair and made sure I shaved legs and everything as it won’t be done for a while.

Would this be a red flag for a future/potential employer?

Have been communicating about interviewing for an open position via email. The hiring manager first responds at 9pm. I respond the next morning with availability for an interview. They don't respond the next day, so the following day I follow up. They don't respond that day or the next (yesterday), but then just replied at 10pm setting an interview time. J was annoyed that the communication was so delayed. And I was even more annoyed that I kept being emailed late at night. Is this a sign I don't want to work for them?

Hospital Bag?

Hey everyone! When is the right time to pack your hospital bag and what on earth do I need? I see so many different websites and advice on social media that it all gets very overwhelming. Thank you so much for any help.

Anatomy scan

Got an anatomy scan today and a little late on the OBGYN stuff but getting caught up and my baby boy was trying to flip his feet over his head so that explains the jumps in my stomach and the pressure on my bladder!!! He also did a peace sign ✌️ sometimes during these visits it feel so surreal knowing a baby is growing inside of you!! 🤧

Mama’s told you were measuring big, how did you get your percentile down?

I was told 97 percentile at 20 week scan and 90 percentile at 28 week scan. I was hoping the first was inaccurate but it’s seems they are tracking large.

Any tips to get the percentile down safely before birth? I’m worried it’s food/exercise related. Any one get told more than once baby was tracking large but they came out a lower percentile?

Any tips appreciated🙏
