This checks out!! Baby girl has been so clingy and not sleeping well. The good old 6 month sleep regression/developmental leap 😭

My boy is 7 months on friday next week and it feels like the 4 month regression again. He managed a nap of 15 mins and 30 mins today and thats it. Bed time was hell and he only went down an hour ago. When is it meant to end 🫠

Can’t explain but it started for us a few days ago and OMFG

Im on feed 9 of the day. I have a newborn again im sure!

Sweats

Im 6 days pp and its been really tough going everytime I manage to sleep i wake up soaking in sweat, its awful. Is this normal? I lost alot of blood, vaginal birth with the hormone drip. I just feel disgusting and need to shower every time I get up

Who has gone through this with whatever horrible symptoms you have had and what did you do to feel better!?

Vaginal estrogen has been a game changer for me.
There are other concerns now though …let’s hear it ladies !

Hormones over 30? 🎢

Is it just me or have hormones suddenly taken complete control over my life? I'm talking - mood, skin, hair, diet, abilities, sex, you name it, my hormones have me by the balls 🤯

Hormone drop - 6 days pp

Hey, this is my second baby and my hormone drop this time around has been so much more severe.
I am thinking rationally and understand why it’s happening and to keep an eye on it but I feel like I spent most of yesterday in tears worrying about when my husband goes back to work and I’m on my own with a newborn and 2 year old!
Can anyone relate? Xxx
