My LO is 7 months today and is an exclusive tummy/side sleeper. We went through a period of awful sleep but we worked hard on routine and pattern and little one was doing great especially since transitioning to his own cot in his own room. The problem though is that he loves to sleep smushed up to the side or corner of whatever cot he is in which up until the last two week or so has been a mesh sided cot (next to me, then travel cot) but now he is in the big cot with wooden bar sides he keeps wriggling and rolling and smacking himself and his head repeatedly off the sides of the cot which obviously wakes him up. I have had to get up and resettle him ELEVEN times last night and I'm honestly ready for the hills. Is there anything I can do to stop him doing this? Bearing in mind he literally won't sleep any other way? 😅

Pool noodles doesn't look nice but it works

It's not safe to add anything to the cot like bumpers etc he will learn to stop doing it. My baby girl has done it a couple of times while learning the size of her cot. And she stopped. As hard as it sounds, you just need to be patient and ride it out

Agreed you just have to ride it out. He'll learn.

I get it's hard but none of the alternatives are safe. Please don't risk your little ones safety
Heyyy!!
We have been advised from the GP that we no longer need to wake our 7 week old to feed at night. However, at the 7 hour mark I tend to wake her as I worry about her sugar levels etc. When I do wake her she is really hard to wake. I do the usual nappy change, tickle her feet but can take about 20 mins for her to wake up. I have been told she is a healthy weight but I worry that this many hours is too long for her little age. Am I wrong for waking her after 7 hours?
(She is formula fed and currently weighs 12 pound)

How many poops does your 2 1/2 month old have?
Mine were pooping every 3 hours I’d say but now suddenly one of my boys hasn’t pooped in about 10 hours?
Is this normal?

Hi everyone!
I found myself in a VERY unique situation 2 months ago. I found out I was pregnant with my baby boy, literally the night before I officially gave birth to him. I had all of 16 hours to mentally and emotionally prepare myself to bring another life into the world. Mind you. He is my first (and hopefully only) child. There are no words to describe the mental change that took place while finding out about my cryptic pregnancy, especially after being my entire life, that I would NEVER be capable of having children. Is there anyone else out there, who has gone through this?

Every-time i pick my son for feeds overnight, his arms and hands are very very cold. He sleeps well but I am just curious what are you guys doing?

My baby is 17 months now, and I thought that by now my sex drive would be back. I still do it for hubby but it I can’t seem to actually want to. All the loose skin on my stomach is just such a turn off. I’ve come to accept I’ll probably need a tummy tuck once I’m done having kids, but I’m until then idk how I’m ever gonna have any drive. Any advice from anyone feeling the same?

It’s my daughter birthday next week and I was thinking about getting her a trike I really like the little Dutch one but then I’m thinking would I actually use it because it’s nearly winter so she’ll be in her pram a lot with foot muff and we don’t seem to go out a lot in pram whilst she’s awake.
Opinions if you’ve got one do you use it or waste of money?
