Night time sleep advice

Heyyy!!
We have been advised from the GP that we no longer need to wake our 7 week old to feed at night. However, at the 7 hour mark I tend to wake her as I worry about her sugar levels etc. When I do wake her she is really hard to wake. I do the usual nappy change, tickle her feet but can take about 20 mins for her to wake up. I have been told she is a healthy weight but I worry that this many hours is too long for her little age. Am I wrong for waking her after 7 hours?
(She is formula fed and currently weighs 12 pound)

No need to wake a baby of that age who is above their birth weight and feeding well throughout the day 😊

If she is hungry etc she will wake on her own. No need to wake her up. Try and enjoy the sleep, as once sleep regression hits, it's a whole new world

My baby is 6 weeks breastfed and i woke her to feed her for the first 14days. It was hell and was never a good feed. Since I stopped she sleeps sometimes 10 hours without wanting food and I let her. She definitely wakes demanding food when she needs it. She will make up for it during the day if she doesnt wake at night. The midwives always suggest that as long as they have around 8 feeds a day and are gaining weight and have plenty of wet and soiled nappies

Just curious

Hi everyone!

I found myself in a VERY unique situation 2 months ago. I found out I was pregnant with my baby boy, literally the night before I officially gave birth to him. I had all of 16 hours to mentally and emotionally prepare myself to bring another life into the world. Mind you. He is my first (and hopefully only) child. There are no words to describe the mental change that took place while finding out about my cryptic pregnancy, especially after being my entire life, that I would NEVER be capable of having children. Is there anyone else out there, who has gone through this?

2 1/2 month old poop (BM fed)

How many poops does your 2 1/2 month old have?
Mine were pooping every 3 hours I’d say but now suddenly one of my boys hasn’t pooped in about 10 hours?
Is this normal?

Baby won’t lay flat!

Hi Mamas, please help me here. I am absolutely tired and devastated. My baby is continuously refusing to lay down flat, even if we cosleep from 4 weeks old. I can’t do it anymore. He is 11 weeks old and I cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel. He sleeps really well, but will only sleep in our arms. He may give a 1-2 hour stretch at night laying flat but can sleep for 8 hours if in arms. I have tried cosleeping, that did not work as well. Pediatricians keep saying it’s normal. How is this normal?

Should I wake for a feed?

My 8 week old little girl had 30ml at 8:00pm last night. Should I be waking her for a feed now or just leave her to sleep? Anybody else little one do this?
