How does NHS track growth of baby if no more scans are done after 20 weeks? Feels like it can be easily missed without a scan?

Through fundal height. My first baby was 9lb 11oz and nobody predicted he’d be big (except me I just had a feeling) until birth.

Even the scans aren’t particularly accurate in most cases.. there’s no real way to know their size until they’re born x

They just do fundal height with a tape measure. If you’re measuring smaller or bigger than average then they send you in for an ultrasound. First two pregnancies I got sent for scan because bump measuring to small and then this one I was measuring to big so I was sent for a scan last week. All came back as babies perfectly fine and amniotic fluid normal. Everyone is such different shapes and sizes, I feel like it’s not a great way to measure baby growth but you can’t really get scans every other week, so it is what it is.
