Has anyone moved their baby from the bassinet to the pram seat yet? I know it says 6 months but depending on head/ neck strength. Wondering how early this can be done. My LO has bad reflux and hates the bassinet so being able to move from the bassinet to the seat would probably help her a lot!

I think I put my son in his about 5 months. Because he was breaking his neck to look out lol xx

My little boy is in the pram seat at 4 months, mine has multiple inclines and he is like in the middle option so not fully sitting up, he is much happier but he is very strong so depends on your babby x

3months! My pram lays flat. She loves looking outside 🙂

We changed it at 3 months and 3 weeks! She started getting really fussy at the bassinet after we used our travel pram for a month at the holiday which has a newborn nest so much more open than the bassinet!

My boy has been in the pram seat since 3 months. He is much happier in it compared to bassinet. I wasn't keen on doing it but it seems to work for him. It has different settings so he isn't properly upright which is good 😊

I did ,since 3 months,much better now

I’ve had to because I have a 98th percentile baby 🤣 my son can hold his head up during tummy time for 15 plus minutes & constantly when he’s sitting on our knee etc so I know he’s fine. I do mostly have it on the most reclined position anyway

I did it for my older daughter shortly after she turned four months and just had it mostly reclined. She hated the carrycot part and walks were a nightmare. Changing it to the seat made such a difference

My son's in his at 3 months because he no longer fits in the bassinet. I have him in the middle incline but I also bought a little head rest for him so he can sleep and is comfy 😊

We changed it at 8 weeks, same with my first , it lays flat and I just feel it’s safer because he’s strapped in. We have a very tall step and he nearly tips out the bassinet going up and down it!
Our November due date baby came early at 33+2 weighing a lovely 5lbs5oz

Guys I guess I just need some words of encouragement right now. I’m really going through it at the moment. I’m 39+3 and I feel like I’m in the first trimester again. I’m so over this honestly I just want this baby out 😠I’m trying to remain positive and patient but it’s really getting to me. I’ve started vomiting again, I open my bowels every time I eat, I have insomnia (hence why I’m awake at this time ) every night, every time I walk I feel like she’s about to burst through my pelvis. I’m so tired ðŸ˜

I’m expecting my first baby in around 6 weeks, I’ve always planned on a natural birth, I’m low risk, my birth plan states no intervention unless medically necessary for most issues… but now I’m getting closer I’m considering a planned C-section because I’m seeing that there are risks involved both ways, but with a C section there isn’t potentially 48+ hours of excruciating pain, and there isn’t the risk of tearing… I know recovery isn’t easy, but 1 in 4 births end in emergency c section these days anyway and I’d rather it be planned than rushed… but then am I just being a chicken? I don’t know what to do.

This might sound silly but does anyone know what it feels like to have your waters broken ? Does it feel like you’ve peed your self or a gush of water ? I’m just wanting to know what to expect when it does happen 😅 or does it feel different for everyone?
